  • Replacement: We will send you a new product at no extra cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement isn’t available, you’ll receive refund to your original payment method.

Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.

2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.

3. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

Conditions

  • The product must be in original condition, except for the defect claimed.
  • For a smooth return always create an unboxing/unpacking video.
  • Photos of the damaged item required for verification.
  • For multiple quantity returns, you will need to process each product return individually.
  • Returns can only be processed with the original tags and packaging.
  • All sales are final on size-related issues; please choose accurately.
  • Custom or handmade planters may have unique characteristics — slight natural variations are not considered defects.
