  • If the return is due to a defect or damage, return shipping is free.

  • For multiple quantity returns, you will need to process each product return individually.
  • Returns can only be processed with the original tags and packaging.

  • Custom or handmade planters may have unique characteristics — slight natural variations are not considered defects.
